Though they look delicate, they'll hold up well through summer, even in hotter, sunnier days. Come fall, the foliage changes again to yellow, orange and red. This plant is still beautiful once the leaves fall, the cascading branches are unusual and lovely. Ice Dragon belongs to the Jack Frost® series. It's bred to keep the finely divided Japanese maple leaf structure, but also have a cold hardiness that'll let it thrive all the way up through zone 4.
