Return Process

Examine your plants immediately upon arrival and refer to the included planting guide to ensure they meet our quality standards before planting.
- 2.Contact Customer Support
If a plant fails to grow or arrives damaged, use our online contact form or call our service team to initiate a claim under our lifetime guarantee.
- 3.Provide Order Details
Submit your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with photos of the plant if requested, to help us process your credit or replacement.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once approved, a merchandise credit or a replacement shipment will be issued to you at the next available planting season for your hardiness zone.
